Physical Therapy for Adults
Our Approach to Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is effective in helping adults regain mobility after having mobility impaired from injury or accidents. At Countryside Therapy Group, our Physical Therapy process starts with understanding the unique situation that has caused an individual to seek physical therapy and the mobility challenges they are experiencing. From there we’re able to curate an individualized care plan unique to his or her goals, and begin working on regaining mobility in an atmosphere that is both effective and enjoyable.
